Personal Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is StrabiScan sp. z o.o., ul. Przemysłowa 17, 32-083 Balice, Poland (hereinafter referred to as “StrabiScan sp. z o.o.”).

Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing

Your personal data will be processed:

• for the purpose of sending commercial information to the e-mail address provided by you (the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in conducting direct marketing activities in connection with the consent granted for receiving commercial information);
• for the purpose of demonstrating compliance of our activities with applicable law before public authorities, which constitutes our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients of Data

Your personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable law. Access to the data may also be granted, under appropriate agreements, to entities supporting StrabiScan sp. z o.o. in the provision of services and IT infrastructure.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained until you object to their processing or withdraw your consent to receive commercial information.

Data Protection Rights

You have the right to:

• request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time, insofar as consent constitutes the legal basis for processing. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
• object to the processing of your personal data;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), the competent supervisory authority in Poland.

Transfer of Data to Third Countries

As a rule, StrabiScan sp. z o.o. does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). However, there may be situations in which StrabiScan sp. z o.o. uses IT service providers whose servers are located outside the EEA. In such cases, the transfer of data will be based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Voluntary Provision of Data

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary in order to receive commercial information at the indicated e-mail address.

Automated Decision-Making / Profiling

StrabiScan sp. z o.o. does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, in relation to the data processing purposes described above.
